“إن وجود تكنوقراط في الحكومة الكويتية الجديدة يعطي تفاؤلا للأسواق، بأن يكون للحكومة دور أفضل من سابقتها. وأضاف، وجود د. نايف الحجرف على رأس وزارة المالية بحكم منصبه السابق كرئيس هيئة أسواق المال، كذلك من خلال دوره في الهيئة العامة للاستثمار، سيكون له دور أكبر في الدفع بسوق الكويت.”
